We offer comprehensive services for the optimum operation of your heating system. With a seamless service network, exceptionally high spare parts availability and other innovations, we also succeed in setting new standards in after-sales time and again.

Ser­vice at the hig­hest le­vel

Wood heating systems require regular maintenance. With a professional service, the operational safety as well as the operating costs of a plant can be positively influenced. We have a nationwide service network that is available and in operation 24 hours a day / 365 days a year. Whether directly on site or via remote access – it is our highest concern to ensure an efficient and trouble-free operation of the plants. In addition to our standard service packages, we also offer remote maintenance packages, heating renovations and third-party system services (e.g. KÖB etc.).

    As a customer-oriented company, Schmid offers practical in-house and on-site training. Our training offers can of course be adapted to individual needs. For example, in addition to a detailed explanation of the function and maintenance of the various plant components, an operator training course also includes in-depth knowledge of the control system, process engineering, and information and measures for troubleshooting.

    Com­mis­sio­ning & re­ad­just­ments

    We commission your new plant and set it up optimally. Your personnel will receive instruction on how to operate the plant. Readjustments of the plant after commissioning can be accompanied for some time.

    Trou­ble­shoo­ting and re­pair

    On site and throughout the entire product life cycle.
    We won’t let you down! Our service technicians are available around the clock, 365 days a year, to keep downtime to a minimum! During office hours you can reach us via the respective hotline at your responsible location. Outside office hours our 24h on-call service is always there for you. Thanks to high and long-standing spare parts availability, we guarantee fast response times and short downtimes. In addition, we offer you tailor-made spare parts packages to further increase system availability. We would be pleased to schedule an overhaul for you at an early stage and thus also guarantee the implementation and availability of our service technicians.     Inspection Precise inspection of the individual plant components such as firing system, transport system, silo discharge, silo distributor, loading and unloading conveyors, silo lid, chipper, industrial extractor, container lift as well as safety equipment

You will receive input on the interrelationships of the most important influences and the process of wood combustion. Our training courses are customized to your needs and include, among other things, points such as the control, or maintenance and servicing to achieve a trouble-free and long life. Our target audience includes plant planners, plant supervisors and chimney sweeps, or generally interested parties such as technical courses.
